Composition of the Management Board
The replacement of the Kässbohrer Executive Board has been completed.
Heiko Stähle, from 04/01/2024 member of the Executive Board of Kässbohrer Geländefahrzeug AG
The appointment of a new member to the Executive Board of Kässbohrer Geländefahrzeug AG has been completed as planned with the appointment of the third ordinary member of the Executive Board as of 04/01/2024. Heiko Stähle will be responsible for Finance, Administration, IT, Human Resources, Digitalization, Legal and Corporate Communications. Dr. Christian Oberwinkler has been responsible for Technology and Production since 03/01/2023. Christof Peer has been responsible for Sales, Service and Marketing since 03/27/2023. Rolf Glessing, who has led the company as CEO since August 2022 during the transition phase, is leaving the Management Board.
45-year-old Heiko Stähle brings with him extensive experience from various management positions. Most recently, he was Managing Director and Spokesman of the Executive Board at the Pfeifer Group, a rope construction specialist from Memmingen. The business administration graduate (FH) not only brings business management knowledge to the position, but also a technical background from his training as a technician.
Heiko Stähle is the father of three children and lives with his family in the Göppingen area. In his free time, he is involved in church activities and enjoys spending time with his family skiing, hiking or on the water.
