The new plant for preparing and producing the 7-belt Combi Plus track is a further step towards the future. Our goal: high quality tracks The new plant was designed and put into action together with our system partner Handlingtech. The planning is based on the development concept of the patented 7-belt Combi Plus track and is therefore tailor-made for the tracks of the latest generation of PistenBully. The robot system ensures that each component is placed in the right position with maximum precision. Thanks to continuous monitoring, it guarantees 100% quality in the pre-assembly of the individual track cleats.
An important step towards the future The employees in the track production were very much looking forward to the new robot system in advance and are still enthusiastic. The automation minimizes the physical workload required during pre assembly of the track cleats. Kässbohrer is thus demonstrating that manufacturing and the sensible use of modern technologies do not exclude each other – but fit together perfectly.
